Ingredients
- 3 cups of Feijoa pulp
- Grated rind of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cups wheatgerm
- 1 cup soft brown sugar
- 2 cups of wholemeal flour
- 70 grams ground almonds
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups grapeseed oil
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Beat eggs until creamy, add soft brown sugar and oil and beat together.
- Sift dry ingredients and add with Feijoa and grated lime rind to egg mixture folding in until blended.
- Grease loft tin or muffin tins and add mixture.
- Sprinkle with soft brown sugar, slivered almonds and a small squeeze of lime juice.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 1/2 to 1 hour depending on whether muffins or loaf.
- Allow to cool thoroughly before slicing like a loaf.
- Serve with Greek Honey Yoghurt.
