This is a very moist, healthy cake.
Ingredients

of Feijoa pulp
Grated rind of 1 lime
1 1/2
cups
wheatgerm
1
cup
soft brown sugar
2
cups
of wholemeal flour
70
grams
ground almonds
1
tsp
salt
3
tsp
of baking powder
1 1/2
cups
grapeseed oil
4
eggs
Instructions
Beat eggs until creamy, add soft brown sugar and oil and beat together.
Sift dry ingredients and add with Feijoa and grated lime rind to egg mixture folding in until blended.
Grease loft tin or muffin tins and add mixture.
Sprinkle with soft brown sugar, slivered almonds and a small squeeze of lime juice.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 1/2 to 1 hour depending on whether muffins or loaf.
Allow to cool thoroughly before slicing like a loaf.
Serve with Greek Honey Yoghurt.
