Moist and delicious. We served this one with Lime Blossom Syrup.
Ingredients

egg whites

icing sugar

flour

desiccated coconut
70
grams
ground almonds

tblsp finely grated lime zest
150
grams
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 165 degrees. Grease a 23cm loose bottom cake tin.
Beat egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, sift icing sugar and flour before adding coconut, almonds and lime zest.
Fold dry ingredients with melted butter into egg whites. Mix well.
Cook 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
Dust with icing sugar and decorate with lime halves and citrus leaves
